Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure and ownership structure on firm value. Independent variables are profitability, capital structure and ownership structure. For company value proxied with Tobins Q. The sample used is secondary data from property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2016. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method. Samples that meet the criteria of 9 firms. Statistical method using multiple regression analysis, by testing the hypothesis of F test and T test. The results of statistical tests indicate that the independent variable profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, while the capital structure and ownership structure has no effect on firm value. Keywords: Profitability, Capital Structure, Ownership Structure, Company Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel independen yaitu profitabilitas, struktur modal dan struktur kepemilikan. Untuk nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan Tobins Q. Sampel yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2013- 2016. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 9 perushaaan. Metode statistik menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, dengan pengujian hipotesis uji F dan uji T. Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan struktur modal dan struktur kepemilikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
