Abstract
Documentary film is a form of visual audio work with a display format that ideas such as reality, using facts and data from events. The film "Perahu Harapan Cilincing" tells the story of the Portrait of the Life of the Fishermen Community, which is located in the Fishermen's Village in the North Coast of Jakarta. Cilincing fishermen are traditional fishermen who in finding fish and marine biota achieve problems by using destructive tools and pollution of ecosystems in the sea, resulting in reduced catches. Based on the director's concentration, the film is divided into three rounds. The first round tells the introduction of the village and its activities. The second round tells the fishermen's activities and the problems of the fishermen they are facing. And fhe final round which became the closing was explained the effort to solve the problems and expectations of fishermen, as a conclusion in this film. This documentary film "Perahu Harapan Cilincing" genre portraits people's lives with directing design using the concept of a narrative approach, expository style with voice over as a storyline speaker. With the existence of this film, it is hoped that it can create a sense of life and a sense of concern for the surrounding ecosystem. Keyworlds : Documentary Film, Perahu Harapan Cilincing, Director Film dokumenter merupakan suatu bentuk media karya audio visual dengan format tayangan yang ide ceritanya menceritakan kembali realitas, menggunakan fakta dan data dari suatu peristiwa. Film “Perahu Harapan Cilincing” ini bercerita tentang Potret kehidupan kelompok masyarakat Nelayan, yang berada di Perkampungan Nelayan di pesisir utara Jakarta. Nelayan Cilincing merupakan Nelayan tradisonal yang mana dalam mencari ikan dan biota lautnya mendapatkan permasalahan dengan penggunaan alat tangkap yang dilarang serta pencemaran ekosistem di laut, mengakibatkan hasil tangkapan yang berkurang. Berdasarkan kosentrasi sutradara, film ini dibagi menjadi tiga babak. Babak pertama menceritakan perkenalan perkampungan dan aktifitasnya. Babak kedua menceritakan aktifitas nelayan dan masalah nelayan yang dihadapi. Babak akhir yang menjadi penutup dipaparkan upaya penyelesaian masalah dan harapan-harapan nelayan, sebagai kesimpulan dalam film ini. Film dokumenter “Perahu Harapan Cilincing” ini bergenre potret kehidupan masyarakat dengan perancangan penyutradaraan menggunakan konsep pendekatan naratif, gaya ekposisi (expository) dengan voice over sebagai penutur alur cerita. Dengan adanya film ini diharapkan bisa menimbulkan rasa semangat kehidupan dan rasa kepedulian terhadap lingkungan ekosistem sekitar.
