Abstract
This research is aimed to analyse the mechanism of Good Corporate Governance’s implementation which is proxied by the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Audit Committee towards company’s profitability. The population in this research that companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2013 until 2016. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with total sample 48 of 12 companies during 4 years of research. Data analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test, coefficient of determination analysis, hypothesis test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research suggest that Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors are significantly influence in its modest profitability in the company, in other hand the audit comittee did not significantly effect the company’s profitability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh mekanisme Good Corporate Governance yang diproksikan dengan Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Direksi, dan Komite Audit terhadap Profitabilitas perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2013 sampai dengan 2016. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 dari 12 perusahaan selama periode penelitian 4 tahun. Data dianalisa dengan analisa statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dewan Komisaris dan Dewan Direksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, sedangkan Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.
