Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt Policy, Investment Decision and Profitability to Company Value. The independent variables used in this study are measured using, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, then and Return on Equity, while the dependent variable is Price to Book Value. The population used in this research is Food & Beverages company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015. The sample of the population is selected using purposive sampling method where from the total of 16 listed companies conducted purposive sampling so as to produce a total of 12 companies that serve as the basic sample research. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression method. Based on this research, partially Debt Policy (DER) has no effect on Company Value (PBV), while the Investment Decision (PER) and Profitability (ROE) has a positive influence on Corporate Value (PBV). Keywords : Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Return on Equity, Price to Book Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kebijakan Hutang, Keputusan Investasi dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu yang diukur menggunakan, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, kemudian dan Return on Equity, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Price to Book Value. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Food & Beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012 – 2016. Sampel dari populasi tersebut dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana dari total 16 perusahaan terdaftar dilakukan purposive sampling sehingga menghasilkan total 12 perusahaan yang dijadikan sebagai sampel dasar penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah metode regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, secara parsial Kebijakan Hutang (DER) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan Keputusan Investasi (PER) dan Profitabilitas (ROE) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Kata Kunci : Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Return on Equity, Price to Book Value
