Abstract

This research is to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Employees Performance at PDAM Tirta Benteng city of Tangerang. The object of this research are employees at PDAM Tirta Benteng city of Tangerang. This research was done to 100 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach and Analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 23 for windows. The results of this research show that Job Satisfaction variable has a positive but not significant effect on Employees Performance at PDAM Tirta Benteng city of Tangerang, While the Job Stress variable has a positive and significant effect on Employees Performance in PDAM Tirta Benteng city of Tangerang. The results of this study also indicate that the variables of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress both simultaneously influence at the Employees Performance at PDAM Tirta Benteng city of Tangerang. Keyword: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PDAM Tirta Benteng Kota Tangerang. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Karyawan di PDAM Tirta Benteng Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan Analisis yang di gunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 23 pada windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PDAM Tirta Benteng Kota Tangerang, Sedangkan variabel Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PDAM Tirta Benteng Kota Tangerang. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja keduanya berpengaruh simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PDAM Tirta Benteng Kota Tangerang. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
