Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe 1) Interpoersonal communication pattern, 2) Interpersonal communication intencity, 3) Interpersonal communication skills, between the conselor and students of bullying offender in SMK XYS South Jakarta. Thus research used descriptive-qualitative approach. Data was collected by deeply interview, observation and documentation. Data is validated by source triangulation and data collected technique. Data is analyzed by interactive-analyze mode. The results of this research are: 1) Interpersonal communication pattern of the counselor and students of bullying offender are done face to face, in the early stages students still keep the distance with the teacher but with the approach and treat the equivalent where the counselor is able to position themselves as students of bullying offender so students begin to open theirselves. 2) The intensity of Interpersonal communication is quite frequent, counselor approach the communication not only in the counseling room but also utilize public spaces in the school environment. 3) Interpersonal communication skills of counselor are able to assist students in exploring the factors that cause students to do the act of harassment, through the communication built by the teacher counselor able to persuade the students not to do harassment. Keyword : interpersonal communication, the counselor, bullying offender Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan 1) Pola komunikasi antar pribadi, 2) Intensitas komunikasi antar pribadi, 3) Keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi, antara guru BK dan siswa pelaku bullying di SMK XYS Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data divalidasi dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik pengumpulan data. Data dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pola komunikasi antar pribadi dari guru BK dan siswa pelaku perundungan dilakukan dengan tatap muka, pada tahap awal siswa masih menjaga jarak dengan guru tetapi dengan pendekatan dan perlakuan yang setara dimana konselor mampu memposisikan diri sebagai siswa pelaku perundungan sehingga siswa mulai membuka diri. 2) Intensitas komunikasi interpersonal cukup sering, guru BK melakukan pendekatan komunikasi tidak hanya di ruang konseling tetapi juga memanfaatkan ruang publik di lingkungan sekolah. 3) Keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal guru BK mampu membantu siswa dalam mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa melakukan tindakan perundungan, melalui komunikasi yang dibangun guru BK mampu mempengaruhi siswa untuk tidak melakukan pelecehan.
