Abstract

The construction of the Babang 2nd segment port is aimed at adding and expanding the South Halmahera Regency and beyond distribution of the vessel as well as to the maximize the distribution of exports or entry of commodity goods in South Halmahera Regency and beyond. The development of the segment 2 port in the 10-year medium term is based on the results of Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) of 71.94% > 70% which means that 6 new moorings with 80 meters long dock or dock are developed with 1000DWT capacity based on OCDI of Japan 2002. The structural design of the dock (80 x 12) m2 uses local reinforced concrete with concrete design f'c = 30 MPa. The bottom structure on the foundation uses a steel pile with spesifications fy = 240 Mpa. In structural design, this system is analyzed using SAP 2000 v.16 with 3D model. For pile foundation structures were analyzed and modeled with non-linear springs with p-y, t-z, and Q-z as modeling on each soil layer inputted in line springs in SAP 2000 v.16. For loading design refers to OCDI of Japan 2002 and for non-linear springs pile planning referring API (RP 2A-WSD) 2000. The output of the dock structure design (80 x 12) m2 consists of concrete slab (t = 30 cm), transverse and longitudinal beams (50cm x 80cm), Pile Cap Type 1 (100cm x 100cm x 80cm), Pile Cap Type 2 ( 200cm x 100cm x 80cm), Pile Cap Type 3 (150cm x 100cm x 80cm), used vertical pile and batter pile with a slope of 1H: 6V and 609 cm in diameter with 12 cm thick and has a total length of 34 meters mast with connection configuration 12m + 12m + 10m. In this dock structure equipped with fender type accessories ANP 400H 1500L, Bitt capacity 250 kN and Bollard capacity 250 kN. Pembangunan dermaga segmen 2 Babang ini bertujuan untuk menambah dan memperluas fasilitas area tambat kapal serta untuk memaksimalkan distribusi keluar atau masuknya barang komoditas di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan dan sekitarnya. Pengembangan dermaga segmen 2 dalam jangka menengah 10 (sepuluh) tahun ini didasarkan pada hasil Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) 71,94% > 70% yang artinya dibutuhkan 6 tambatan baru dengan panjang dermaga 80 meter atau dermaga yang dikembangkan dengan kapasitas 1000DWT berdaasarkan OCDI of Japan 2002. Perencanaan struktur atas dermaga (80 x 12)m2 ini menggunakan beton bertulang cor setempat (cast insitu) dengan mutu beton f’c =30 Mpa. Struktur bawah pada pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang baja dengan mutu fy = 240 Mpa. Dalam perencanaan struktur dermaga ini, sistem struktur dianalisis dengan menggunakan SAP 2000 v.16 dengan model 3D. Untuk struktur pondasi tiang pancang dianalisis dan dimodelkan dengan non linear springs dengan p-y, t-z, dan Q-z sebagai pemodelan pada tiap-tiap layer tanah yang diinput dalam line springs pada SAP 2000 v.16. Untuk perencanaan pembebanan mengacu OCDI of Japan 2002 dan untuk perencanaan non linear springs tiang pancang mengacu API (RP 2A-WSD) 2000. Hasil output desain struktur dermaga (80 x 12)m2 terdiri dari pelat beton (t = 30 cm), balok melintang dan memanjang (50cm x 80cm), Pile Cap Tipe 1 (100cm x 100cm x 80cm), Pile Cap Tipe 2 (200cm x 100cm x 80cm), Pile Cap Tipe 3 (150cm x 100cm x 80cm), digunakan tiang pancang tegak dan tiang miring dengan kemiringan 1H : 6V serta berdiameter 609 cm dengan tebal 12 cm dan memiliki panjang total tiang 34 meter dengan konfigurasi sambungan 12m + 12m + 10m. Pada struktur dermaga ini dilengkapi aksesoris fender tipe ANP 400H 1500L, Bitt kapasitas 250 kN dan Bollard kapasitas 250 kN.
