Abstract

According to data from World Population Prospects the 2017 Revision, the number of older persons those aged 60 years or over is expected to more than double by 2050 and to more than triple by 2100, rising from 962 million globally in 2017 to 2.1 billion in 2050 and 3.1 billion in 2100. Globally, population aged 60 or over is growing faster than all younger age groups. Today young people are already growing, the more the future we will see a lot of rapid development of the old for that the elderly walking stick is one of the walking aids for some people who can not walk, or cannot walking normally. walking stick has a variety of kinds, ranging from traditional forms to modern forms. In using the products we will always look for more practical, both in use and in storage. With the longer the product will always be associated with the needs of its users due to the success of the industry in the face competition is determined by developing and developing products that suit the consumer's wishes. The disadvantages that many of the products are inflexibility Tools or products for the user's body size. The final work is designed to provide innovation and elements to the elderly walking stick with the aim of providing a unique product with a military concept and remains in context. The result of the design of this work has an innovation on the form and also the system that is easy to set the length or short size /adjustment the size. Such innovations can make it easier for elder people to use them. Secara global, populasi berusia 60 atau lebih tumbuh lebih cepat daripada semua kelompok usia yang lebih muda. Saat ini anak-anak muda sudah tumbuh, semakin banyak masa depan kita akan melihat banyak perkembangan pesat dari yang lama untuk itu tongkat tua adalah salah satu alat bantu berjalan untuk beberapa orang yang tidak bisa berjalan, atau tidak bisa berjalan normal. walking stick memiliki beragam jenis, mulai dari bentuk tradisional hingga bentuk modern. Dalam menggunakan produk kami akan selalu mencari yang lebih praktis, baik dalam penggunaan maupun dalam penyimpanan. Dengan semakin lama produk akan selalu dikaitkan dengan kebutuhan penggunanya karena keberhasilan industri dalam menghadapi persaingan sangat ditentukan dengan mengembangkan dan mengembangkan produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Kerugian yang banyak dari produk tersebut adalah tidak fleksibel Alat atau produk untuk ukuran tubuh pengguna.
