Abstract

This study discusses the influence of the companys fundamental variables on the stock price of the property and real estate sub-sector during the period 2012- 2016. The data used is panel data which is a combination of annual time series data and cross data processed using the E-Views 09 Program. Data is obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, IDX, Dunia Investasi and yahoo Finance. Sampling using purposive sampling and library research methods based on consideration criteria and observations for 5 years with 30 companies so that the total observations were 175. Panel data regression model and the selected model were Fixed Effect Model. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the variables DER, ROA and EPS affect the stock price and partially the DER variable has a negative and significant effect on stock prices while ROA & EPS have a positive but insignificant effect on stock prices in the property and real estate sub-sectors listed in Indonesia stock exchange. Keywords: Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Earning per Share, Stock Price Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh variabel fundamental perusahaan terhadap harga saham sub sektor properti dan real estat selama periode 2012-2016. Data yang digunakan adalah data panel yang merupakan kombinasi data urut waktu tahunan dan data silang yang diolah dengan menggunakan Program E-Views 09. Data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, IDX, Dunia Investasi dan yahoo Finance. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan riset kepustakaan dengan berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria pertimbangan dan pengamatan selama 5 tahun dengan 30 Perusahaan sehingga total observasi sebanyak 175. Model analisis regresi data panel dan Model yang terpilih adalah Fixed Effect Model. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel DER, ROA dan EPS berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan secara parsial variabel DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham sedangkan ROA & EPS berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham di sub sektor properti dan real estat yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
