Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and streamline the performance of the organization, as well as the organization of PT Enerren Technologies and also to solve problems that may be included in the organization's performance targets in 2014, 2015 and 2016. The population is 69 respondents with the sample number of 59 respondents. Sampling method is probability sampling. The results of this study prove that based on the results of Simultaneous Statistics Test (Test-F), Organizational Learning (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and Organizational Culture (X3) simultaneously have a very different influence on organizational performance variable (Y). Based on the result of Partial Statistic Test (t-test), Organizational Learning Variables (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and Organizational Culture (X3) partially have significant influence on Organization Performance (Y) variable. Therefore, PT Enerren Technologies Management can be used to develop existing performance, and use policies that can improve performance because these variables have the most dominant role in influencing the improvement of Organizational Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia dengan beberapa variabel pembelajaran organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan budaya organisasi pada PT Enerren Technologies serta untuk menanggapi dilema yang dihadapi organisasi yaitu tidak tercapainya target kinerja organisasi pada tahun 2014, 2015, dan 2016. Total populasi adalah 69 responden dengan total sampel sebanyak 59 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa berdasarkan hasil Simultaneous Statistical Test (F-Test), variabel Pembelajaran Organisasi (X1), Komitmen Organisasi (X2), dan Budaya Organisasi (X3) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Organisasi (Y). Berdasarkan hasil Uji Statistik Parsial (t-test), variabel Pembelajaran Organisasi (X1), Komitmen Organisasi (X2), dan budaya Organisasi (X3) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Organisasi (Y). Oleh karena itu, Manajemen PT Enerren Technologies disarankan untuk mengambil tindakan yang efektif untuk memperbaiki kondisi kinerja yang ada, melalui sikap dan kebijakan-kebijakan yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja karena variabel-variabel ini memiliki peran paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan Kinerja Organisasi. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran organisasi, komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, kinerja organisasi.
