Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance, good corporate governance, firm size and corprorate social responsibility to firm value. The object of this study is the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014 – 2017. The sample of this study is 13 of property and real estate companies with the total is 52 data. Samples were selected through purposive sampling. Financial performance is measured activities ratio proxied by TATO and profitability ratio proxied by ROE and good corporate governance mechanism used are board of independent commisioners and corporate social responsibility measured using GRI G4 indicator and firm value measured using Tobin’s Q. Analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression with the program called SPSS version 20. The result of this study indicate that partially TATO, ROE and CSR variables are affect the value of company, while board of independent commisioners and firm size didn’t affect the value of company in the property and real estate sectorduring 2014 – 2017.
