Abstract

Public service announcements is the who presents a message - social message aimed at to excite of care of the society against a number of problems to be they face, namely the condition of being might threaten harmony and life common. Using or operate a smartphone on when you drive vehicle with four or more wheels as well as two wheeled vehicle .Using a smartphone on when you drive make prove it to be false seimbangan in driving and make a thing of which was not in want going on , such as accidents .The deserted condition was because its shares were already at the age here at the sophisticated and modern who prosecutes the community to use a smartphone with the aim of have been used to simplify program community activities of itself .On top of that , this has resulted in a lot of the occurrence of of accidents on the road . Various efforts in doing to reduce the number of accidents on the road , one of them is by how to make the community service announcement but they are in doubt ( which aims for is emphasized to make light of the public interest which awareness to the society on social issues that are considered important . Keywords: Public Service Announcement, kids jaman now, dishub Kab Tangerang Iklan layanan masyarakat adalah iklan yang menyajikan pesan-pesan sosial yang bertujuan untuk membangkitkan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap sejumlah masalah yang harus mereka hadapi, yakni kondisi yang bisa mengancam keselarasan dan kehidupan umum. menggunakan atau mengoprasikan smartphone pada saat berkendara baik kendaraan roda empat atau lebih maupun kendaraan roda dua. Menggunakan smartphone pada saat berkendara membuat ketidak seimbangan dalam berkendara dan membuat hal yang tidak di inginkan terjadi, seperti kecelakaan. Dikarenakan jaman sudah canggih dan modern yang menuntut masyarakat untuk menggunakan smartphone dengan tujuan mempermudah kegiatan masyarakat itu sendiri. Disamping itu, hal ini mengakibatkan banyak terjadinya kecelakaan di jalan raya. Berbagai upaya di lakukan untuk menekan angka kecelakaan di jalan raya, salah satunya dengan cara membuat ILM (Iklan Layanan Masyarakat) yang bertujuan untuk lebih menekankan kepentingan umum yang berupaya menanamkan kesadaran (awareness) kepada masyarakat tentang isu sosial yang dianggap penting.
