Abstract
ABSTRACT Home needs for the people of Indonesia have not been fully fulfilled, it is evidenced by the still running government programs on the availability of houses, in line with that according to Central Statistics Agency data in 2014 in the next 20 years Indonesia still needs 31 million units of houses, it makes private developers compete for making a comfortable home dwelling. One of the houses created by the developer is a cluster type. Cluster-type homes that share the same architectural style but often cause problems, problems arising from home and taste needs between one person and another are different, causing many changes, from visible buildings, space layouts and more. But if not controlled, then these changes can make the image and the beauty of the housing becomes lost. The purpose of this study was to identify the variables that make up the front view of the cluster house and calculate how much the rate of change after inhabited from the cluster's front view. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method with data obtained from literature study, observation, and interview. The variables that will be observed in this study include the building structure, roof, walls, and outside space seta environmental governance to enrich the results of observation. The result of the research shows the percentage of change for each variable, namely: Change in the order of building by 1.9%, the change in the roof by 14.28%, the change in the wall by 45.14% and the change in the outer space by 62.85%. This shows that changes in the outer space to the most visible changes in front of the house due to many homes that add carport, turn of ceramic hardening, and plants that exist in the front garden house. Keywords : Cluster House, Home Change, Front Space ABSTRAK Kebutuhan rumah bagi rakyat Indonesia belum terpenuhi sepenuhnya,hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan masih dijalankannya program pemerintah mengenai ketersediaan rumah, sejalan dengan itu menurut data Badan Pusat Statistiska tahun 2014 dalam 20 tahun kedepan Indonesia masih membutuhkan 31 juta unit rumah, hal tersebut membuat pengembang swasta berkompetisi untuk membuat hunian rumah yang nyaman. Salah satu rumah yang dibuat oleh pengembang tersebut adalah tipe cluster. Rumah tipe cluster yang memilik gaya arsitektur yang sama akan tetapi sering kali menimbulkan masalah, masalah yang timbul dipicu oleh kebutuhan rumah dan selera antara satu orang dengan orang lainnya berbeda, yang menyebabkan banyak terjadinya perubahan, baik dari tampak bangunan, layout ruang dan lainnya. Namun apabila tidak terkontrol, maka perubahan-perubahan tersebut dapat membuat citra dan keindahan diperumahan tersebut menjadi hilang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang membentuk tampak depan rumah cluster dan menghitung seberapa besar tingkat perubahan setelah dihuni dari tampak depan rumah cluster tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data yang didapatkan dari studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara. Variabel-variabel yang akan diamati pada penelitian ini meliputi tata bangunan, atap, dinding, dan ruang luar seta tata kelola lingkungan untuk memperkaya hasil dari observasi. Hasil penelitian didapat persentase perubahan untuk setiap variabel, yaitu: Perubahan pada tata bangunan sebesar 1,9 %, perubahan pada atap sebesar 14,28 %, perubahan pada dinding sebesar 45,14 % dan perubahan pada ruang luar sebesar 62,85%. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa perubahan pada ruang luar menjadi perubahan tampak depan rumah yang paling banyak dilakukan dikarenakan banyak rumah yang menambahkan carport, pergantian pengerasan keramik, dan tanaman yang ada pada taman depan rumah.
