Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze problems on declining of the Sales and to analyze of variable Product Quality and Quality of Services To Repurchase Intetion In AC Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. This study used total sampling which the number of sample studied by 100 (one hundred) respondents that all customers who have ever made a purchase of air conditioner (AC) in PT Graha Berkat Trading. Analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis proved by t-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results indicate that the variable quality of products and quality of service simultaneously and significantly influence the buying decision Back In AC Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. It is suggested that any other study for this matter can be conducted to analyze other factor that influnce on buying decision Keywords : Quality of Product, Quality of Service, Repurchase Intention Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa masalah penurunan penjualan melalui analisa pengaruh variabel Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kembali Pada AC Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik total sampel dimana jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 100 responden yaitu semua pelanggan yang pernah melakukan pembelian air conditioner (AC) di PT Graha Berkat Trading. Tehnik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi berganda dan hipotesa dibuktikan dengan Uji-t, Uji-F dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Layanan secara simultan dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kembali Pada AC Mitsubishi Heavy. Disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian lain selain faktor tersebut diatas yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kembali. Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Layanan, Keputusan Pembelian Kembali.
