Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation, and career development to job satisfaction of employees in Lembaga Sandi Negara. This study involved 100 respondents who selected by saturated samples. Data obtained based on questionnaires completed by respondents with self-rating likert scale. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression model and processed with SPSS version 18.0. The analysis showed that the only career development significantly affect job satisfaction, while the leadership style and job satisfaction is not. Based on the analysis of the correlation dimension, the dimension of the career planning from career development variable most strongly correlated to the dimensions supervision on job satisfaction variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Lembaga Sandi Negara. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih secara sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh berdasarkan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden secara self rating dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS versi 18.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hanya pengembangan karir yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sementara gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja tidak. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi dimensi, dimensi perencanaan karir pada variabel pengembangan karir memiliki korelasi paling kuat terhadap dimensi pengawasan pada variabel kepuasan kerja.
