Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and motivation to work on the performance of agricultural extension non civil servants (in the case BP4KKP Kabupaten Bekasi). The data of this research is the entire agricultural extension non civil servants in Bekasi district with the number of respondents 53 people. The method of analysis used in this research were multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership partially significantly affect the performance of agricultural extension, work motivation partially significant effect on the performance, as well as leadership and motivation to work jointly significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension. Building communication is the largest dimension that affects the performance of agricultural extension on leadership variables, whereas the most variable of work motivation is influenced by the dimensions of the external motivation. Keywords: leadership, motivation, performance of agricultural extension Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisa Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Non PNS (Kasus di BP4KKP Kabupaten Bekasi). Data penelitian ini ada seluruh penyuluh pertanian Non PNS Kabupaten Bekasi dengan jumlah responden 53 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh, motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja serta kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kineja penyuluh pertanian. Membangun komunikasi merupakan dimensi terbesar yang mempengaruhi kinerja penyuluh pada variabel kepemimpinan, sedangkan pada variabel motivasi kerja yang terbesar pengaruhnya dimensi motivasi eksternal.
