Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on work productivity. This research was conducted in PT. Indosat Mega Media (Indosat M2). The object of this research is all employees of PT. Indosat Mega Media (Indosat M2). This research was done to 120 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data processing is performed by analysis in the form Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results of this research shows that work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Indosat Mega Media (Indosat M2). While motivation and job satisfaction are not significant on work productivity. What is meant, work motivation and job satisfaction received is low but the low level of work motivation and job satisfaction does not increase motivation for achievement. Work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline 47.2%, while 52.8% are discussed by other variables that are not approved in this model and are not explained in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Indosat Mega Media (Indosat M2). Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Indosat Mega Media (Indosat M2). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 120 orang responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Indosat Mega Media (Indosat M2). Sedangkan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Artinya, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang diterima adalah rendah namun rendahnya motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja tersebut tidak berdampak pada meningkatnya produktivitas kerja. Motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja 47,2%, sedangkan 52,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model ini dan tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja.
