Abstract
West Jakarta is one of the big cities that is developing at this time in general big cities become the center of activities, both industry, economy, and government. The problem that is often faced is irregular parking control bottlenecks that cause increased parking requirements. One of the physical facilities at the shopping center is Central Park Parking, West Jakarta. To predict parking requirements, an evaluation of the results of parking characteristics includes parking capacity, parking volume, parking angle pattern, parking accumulation, index & PTO along with predictions of parking requirements. For roads, while the survey is conducted is the collection of primary data in the form of road geometric data, vehicle volume and side obstacles, using research in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The method used in this research is the observation method. The Observation Method is a method of conducting direct surveys of spaciousness. This is absolutely necessary to determine the actual condition. The survey method used in this analysis is the method of recording the number of vehicles entering and leaving the parking area. Keywords: Parking Volume, Parking Accumulation, Parking Index, Parking Duration, Substitution Number (Parking Turn Over), Roads Level of Service MKJI 1997. Jakarta Barat merupakan salah satu kota besar yang sedang berkembang saat ini pada umumnya kota-kota besar menjadi pusat kegiatan, baik industri, ekonomi,dan pemerintahan. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi adalah kemacetan pengendalian parkir yang tidak teratur yang menyebabkan meningkatnya kebutuhan parkir. Adapun salah satu sarana fisik di pusat perbelanjaan yaitu Parkir Central Park Jakarta Barat. Untuk memprediksi Kebutuhan parkir dilakukan evaluasi dari hasil karakteristik parkir yang meliputi kapasitas parkir, volume parkir, pola sudut parkir, akumulasi parkir, indeks & PTO beserta prediksi kebutuhan parkir. Untuk ruas jalan, adapun survei yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan data primer yaitu berupa data geometrik jalan, volume kendaraan serta hambatan samping, menggunakan penelitian sesuai dengan ketentuan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997). Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan cara metode observasi. Metode Observasi adalah metode dengan cara melakukan survei langsung kelapangan. Hal ini mutlak dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi sebenarnya. Adapun metode survei yang dilakukan pada analisis ini adalah, metode pencatatan jumlah kendaraan yang masuk dan keluar area parkir. Kata Kunci: Volume parkir, Akumulasi Parkir, Indeks Parkir, Durasi Parkir,Angka Pergantian (Parking Turn Over), Ruas jalan Tingkat pelayanan MKJI 1997.
