Abstract

One of the facilities provided by educational institutions is a building for students. The construction of a new building to be an important activity and the process of contractor selection is a process of crucial therein. During this time the selection process is done by assessing based on the price offered and the quality are subjective which means that the weighting is based on a less measurable perception. Then it is desirable for the selection of contractors systematic based not only the offer price but also good quality so that the project runs smoothly. Related to these conditions, the purpose of this study is to calculate the weights of criteria, sub-criteria and the results of alternative assessment of contractors using 4 criteria and 9 sub-criteria. In the process used the method of Analytic Network Process to process the weights of criteria, sub-criteria and the results of the assessment of the alternative contractors. The results of the 4 criteria with weights top price (33,19%), the ability of the internal (33,50%), technical (20,06%), as well as the ability of the organization (14,25%). The results of the subcriteria are price quotes (25%), project management (13.48%), work methods (13.02%), financial capability (12.92%), similar projects (12.08%), QC (11 .52%), OSH (4.67%), technical specifications (3.77%) and work schedules (3.53%). The results of the selection of alternative contractors show that Contractor A has the highest result of 5.37, Contractor B of 3.44 and the last is contractor C of 2.84 so that for alternative contractors as the winner is contractor A. Keywords : Contractor Selection, Analityc Network Process Salah satu fasilitas yang diberikan institusi pendidikan adalah gedung untuk peserta didiknya. Maka proyek pembangunan gedung baru merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengembangannya dan proses pemilihan kontraktor merupakan proses krusial didalamnya. Selama ini proses pemilihannya dilakukan dengan cara menilai berdasarkan harga yang ditawarkan dan kualitas yang dimiliki secara subjektif yang artinya pembobotan didasarkan dari persepsi yang kurang terukur. Maka diinginkan pemilihan kontraktor sistematis yang tidak hanya didasarkan harga penawaran tapi juga kualitas yang baik sehingga proyek berjalan lancar. Terkait kondisi tersebut tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghitung bobot kriteria, subkriteria serta hasil penilaian alternatif kontraktor menggunakan 4 kriteria dan 9 subkriteria. Dalam prosesnya digunakan metode Analytic Network Process untuk mengolah bobot kriteria, subkriteria dan hasil penilaian alternatif kontraktor. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah 4 kriteria dengan bobot teratas harga (33,19%), kemampuan internal (33,50%), teknis (20,06%), serta kemampuan organisasi (14,25%). Hasil pembobotan dari subkriteria penawaran harga (25%), manajemen proyek (13,48%), metode kerja (13,02%), kemampuan keuangan (12,92%), proyek sejenis (12,08%), QC (11,52%), K3 (4,67%), spesifikasi teknis (3,77%) serta jadwal pekerjaan (3,53%). Hasil pemilihan alternatif kontraktor menunjukan bahwa Kontraktor A sebagai peringkat pertama dengan nilai 5,37, peringkat kedua untuk Kontraktor B dengan nilai 3,44 serta peringkat terakhir adalah kontraktor C dengan nilai 2,84 sehingga untuk alternatif kontraktor sebagai pemenang adalah kontraktor A.
