Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of bankruptcy predictio model and implication to stock price of oil and gas companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research data is the annual data for the 2012-2016 observation period obtained from the companies annual report. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. From a population of 9 companies, 8 companies met the criteria to be the sample. The result of the simultaneous multiple regression analysis on financial ratios of the Z - Score affects the stock prices, partially showed the ratio of WC/TA negatively affect the stock price and ratio RE/TA and EBIT/TA have no effect the stock price; ratio MVE/BVD have a positive effect on stock prices Keywords: Altman Z-Score, WC/TA, RE/TA, EBIT/TA, MVE/BVD, stock price, oil and gas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh prediksi kebangkrutan dan implikasi terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data penelitian merupakan data tahunan untuk periode observasi tahun 2012-2016 yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dari populasi 9 perusahaan, 8 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Kemudian hasil analisis regresi berganda secara simultan rasio keuangan Altman Z-Score berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Lalu secara parsial menunjukkan rasio WC/TA berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham; rasio RE/TA dan EBIT/TA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham; rasio MVE/BVD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.
