Abstract

Sampoerna Kayoe PT, Sumber Graha Sejahtera is a company that provides in the field of processed wood manufacturing, namely Plywood that is inseparable from problems related to machinery or equipment. One of the causes of the disruption of the production process is that it does not support maintenance management on production machines. One who opposes the company's production process is higher. Details on the production line. The engine that often causes problems is the Sizer Machine, with a total of 73 defects during the August 2018 - July 2019 period. On average the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value on the Sizer machine is 74.90% during the August 2018 - July period 2019. From the percentage of the calculation results of Availability with an average of 91.01%, Performance with an average of 83.07%, and Quality with an average of 99.02%. This value has not yet reached the world class target of 85% due to the low average value of Performance. The cause of the low value of this performance is the added value of Reduce Speed Losses or losses caused by a decrease in engine speed in the production process. These results are obtained through a factor of Six Big Losses that affect the low needs of the Sizer engine known by the analysis of Pareto Chart and Fishbone Diagrams with a total Time Losses from Reducie Speed Losses of 77,086 Distance or 70.9% of 100% of the Time Losses available. Sampoerna Kayoe PT, Sumber Graha Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan yang beroperasi dibidang manufaktur pembuatan kayu olahan yaitu Plywood yang tidak lepas dari masalah yang berkaitan dengan efektivitas mesin atau peralatan. Salah satu penyebab terganggunya proses prouksi yaitu kurang baiknya manajemen pemeliharaan pada mesin produksi. Salah satu hambatan yang dihadapi pada proses produksi perusahaan adalah tingginya Breakdown pada lini produksi. Mesin yang sering terjadi masalah adalah mesin Sizer, dengan jumlah breakdown sebanyak 73 kali selama periode bulan Agustus 2018 – Juli 2019. Secara rata – rata nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin Sizer adalah 74,90% selama periode bulan Agustus 2018 – Juli 2019. Dari persentase hasil perhitungan Availability dengan rata – rata sebesar 91,01%, Performace dengan rata – rata sebesar 83,07%, dan Quality dengan rata – rata sebesar 99,02%. Nilai ini belum mencapai target kelas dunia yaitu 85% karena rendahnya nilai rata-rata Performance. Penyebab rendahnya nilai Performance ini adalah tingginya nilai dari Reduce Speed Losses atau kerugian yang disebabkan oleh berkurangnya kecepatan mesin dalam proses produksi. Hasil ini didapatkan melalui faktor Six Big Losses yang berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya efektivitas mesin Sizer diketahui dengan analisis Pareto Chart dan Fishbone Diagram dengan total Time Loss dari Reduce Speed Losses sebesar 77.086 Menit atau sekitar 70,9% dari 100% Time loss yang ada.
