Abstract

Muara Tawar PLTGU is one of the plants of PT. The Java-Bali Generation located in Muara Tawar No. 1, Desa Segara Jaya, Kec. Taruma Jaya, Kab. Bekasi, Indonesia. Muara Tawar PLTGU contributes to electricity supply in Java, especially in West Java in the Electricity System. With a capacity of 2062 MW divided into each Block, namely Blocks 1 - 5, the Muara Tawar PLTGU is always maintained for its reliability because it is one of the supports in the Java-Bali Electric System (SJB). One of the factors of good or bad reliability of the plant is good maintenance management. With good maintenance management, the potential for disturbances can be minimized or even eliminated. Considering the importance of maintenance management in the Muara Tawar PLTGU, the authors took the initiative to conduct an analysis related to maintenance management at the Muara Tawar GT 4.1 PLTGU due to many problems occurring in 2018. The method used is the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method. It aims to measure the extent to which the effectiveness of the maintenance management system is applied. Based on the results of the analysis with the method of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), visible average value in a year from several factors, namely Avaibility (AV) with a value of 100%, Performance (PE) with a value of 98%, Quality Yields (Q) with a value of 100%, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) with a value of 98%. After analyzing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method, then analyzing the results by comparing the monthly OEE values obtained with the OEE World Class Standards. From the analysis conducted every month, it will be known what factors are the causes of interference from Muara Tawar GT PLTGU 4.1. From the achievement of OEE it is necessary to do further analysis through the Six Big Losses approach (the six biggest losses). The biggest most dominant factor in Six Big Losses that affect OEE values is Idling and Minor of 70% and Reduced Speed of 22% during 2018. As a result of these losses, it is necessary to propose maintenance by using one of the seven tools, namely fishbone diagrams to determine main cause of GT problems 4.1. Keywords: Analysis, Maintenance, GT, Muara Tawar PLTGU, OEE. PLTGU Muara Tawar merupakan salah satu pembangkit dari PT. Pembangkitan Jawa Bali yang berlokasi di Jl. PLTGU Muara Tawar No. 1, Desa Segara Jaya, Kec. Taruma Jaya, Kab. Bekasi, Indonesia. PLTGU Muara Tawar menyumbang supply listrik di Pulau Jawa terutama di Jawa Barat dalam Sistem Ketenagalistrikan. Dengan kapasitas 2062 MW yang dibagi dalam masing–masing Blok yaitu Blok 1 – 5 maka PLTGU Muara Tawar selalu dijaga keandalannya karena menjadi salah satu tumpuan dalam Sistem Kelistrikan Jawa Bali (SJB). Salah satu faktor baik atau tidaknya keandalan pembangkit adalah Manajemen Pemeliharaan yang baik. Dengan manajemen pemeliharaan yang baik maka potensi gangguan – gangguan dapat diminimalisir atau bahkan dihilangkan. Mengingat pentingnya manajemen pemeliharaan di PLTGU Muara Tawar, maka penulis berinisiatif melakukan analisa terkait manajemen pemeliharaan di PLTGU Muara Tawar GT 4.1 dikarenakan banyak terjadi permasalahan padda tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana efektifitas sistem manajemen pemeliharaan yang di terapkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), terlihat nilai rata – rata dalam setahun dari beberapa faktor yaitu Avaibility (AV) dengan nilai 100%, Performance (PE) dengan nilai 98%, Quality Yields (Q) dengan nilai 100%, serta Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dengan nilai 98%. Setelah melakukan analisa dengan metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), selanjutnya melakukan analisa hasil dengan membandingkan nilai OEE tiap bulan yang didapat dengan Standar World Class OEE. Dari analisa yang dilakukan tiap bulan maka akan diketahui faktor apakah yang menjadi penyabab gangguan dari PLTGU Muara Tawar GT 4.1. Dari pencapaian OEE maka perlu dilakukan analisa lebih lanjut melalui pendekatan Six Big Losses (enam kerugian terbesar). Faktor terbesar yang paling dominan pada Six Big Losses yang mempengaruhi nilai OEE adalah Idling and Minor sebesar 70% dan Reduced Speed sebesar 22% sepanjang tahun 2018. Akibat kerugian tersebut maka perlu dilakukan adanya usulan pemeliharaan dengan menggunakan salah satu seven tools yaitu fishbone diagram untuk mengetahui penyebab utama dari permasalahan GT 4.1.
