Abstract

Indonesia's population continues to increase every year will encourage an increase in product and service needs. The lease period will expire in January 2021 and the change in status of the trading company and now at the same time as a manufacturing company manufacturing coatings, encourages companies to look for rental buildings to set up a factory. The plan to open a factory in the Jabodetabek area is supported by the growing investment opportunities and market opportunities where the paint companies are mushrooming and the use of paint in the industrial field. Analytic Hierarchy Process-Goal Programming (AH-GP) method or can be called multi criteria goal programming. Analtytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a decision support model in which the main equipment is a functional hieraraki with the main point is human perception, in this case people who understand the company's problems. In this study, the AHP method is used to weight a number of criteria that become the company's consideration to determine the alternative location of the plant establishment. Furthermore, the Goal Programming method is used to analyze and provide solutions to a number of goals the company wants to achieve against the criteria that the company considers in determining the location of the plant. The results obtained in this study are the location of the Akong Industrial Estate chosen as the location with the optimal location taking into account aspects of market location, infrastructure, building rental prices, safety, environment, and salary employee. Key Word : Location Selection, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Goal Programming (GP) Jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang terus menerus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya akan mendorong peningkatan pada kebutuhan produk maupun jasa. Masa sewa yang akan habis di bulan Januari 2021 nanti dan berubahnya status dari perusahaan dagang dan sekarang sekaligus perusahaan manufaktur pembuatan coating, mendorong perusahaan untuk mencari bangunan sewa untuk didirikan sebuah pabrik. Rencana pembukaan pabrik di area Jabodetabek ini didukung dengan pesarnya peluang investasi dan peluang pasardimana menjamurnya perusahaan cat dan penggunaan cat di bidang industri. metode Analytic Hierarchy Process-Goal Programming (AH-GP) atau dapat disebut multi criteria goal programming. Metode Analtytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan model pendukung keputusan yang mana peralatan utamanya adalah sebuha hieraraki fungsional dengan untuk utamnya adalah presepsi manusia, dalam hal ini orang yang memahami permasalahan perusahaan. Pada peneitian ini metode AHP digunakan untuk pembobotan sejumlah kriteria yang menajdi pertiimbangan perusahaan untuk menentukan alternatif lokasi didirikannya pabrik. Selanjutnya diunakan metode Goal Programming untuk menganalisis dan memberikan solusi atas sejumlah tujuan yang ingin dicaai perusahaan terhadap kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan perusahaan dalam penetuan lokasi didirikanya pabrik. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitiian ini adalah lokasi Kawasan Industri Akong terpilih sebagai lokasi dengan lokasi optimal dengan mempertimbangkana aspek lokasi pasar, infrastruktur, harga sewa bangunan, kemanana, lingkungan, dan upah tenaga kerja.
