Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of various fundamental factors (EPS, PER, PBV, DER) in determining the stock price of oil and gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2017. The population in this research was 10 companies and the sample in this study consists of 7 oil and gas companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) selected based on specific criteria using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used in this research is panel data regression. The results showed EPS, PER, PBV & DER simultaneously significantly influence the stock price. Partially EPS have a positive and significant effect on stock price, while PBV PER and DER have no effect on stock price in oil and gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2017. Keywords: EPS, PER, DER, PBV and stock price Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai faktor fundamental (EPS, PER, PBV, DER) dalam mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan minyak dan gas yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 7 perusahaan minyak dan gas di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan EPS, PER, PBV & DER secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Variabel EPS secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan PBV, PER dan DER tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham di perusahaan minyak dan gas ang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012-2017.
