Abstract

Perhitungan kapasitas daya dukung bored pile pada Proyek Apartemen Citra Plaza Nagoya yang dilakukan oleh konsultan struktur dengan kapasitas daya dukung ultimate untuk lapisan tanah kedalaman 27 m sebesar 350 ton per pile. Pada saat pertengahan pelaksanaan pengeboran kedalaman bored pile banyak yang pendek dikarenakan pada saat pengeboran banyak diketemukan batu dan alat bor yang dipakai oleh pihak kontraktor juga tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi sehingga alat bor tersebut tidak mampu menghancurkan batu tersebut dan menyebabkan kedalaman bored pile yang dilaksanakan menjadi bervariasi,Dikarenakan titik pondasi bored pile yang bervariasi dan adanya penambahan jumlah titik maka berdampak pada tidak samanya volume satuan yang sudah ada di awal kontrak sehingga pekerjaan bored pile pada Proyek Apartemen Citra Plaza Nagoya mengalami perubahan nilai akhir kontrak atau bisa disebut dengan Contract Change Order (CCO).Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi perubahan pekerjaan bore pile adalah kondisi bawah tanah yang berbeda, Perubahan pekerjaan bore pile berdampak terhadap nilai akhir kontrak dengan adanya kenaikan anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 884.546.075,- atau sebesar 2,29% dari nilai kontrak awal dan CCO yang ideal adalah balance volume.
