Abstract

Liquefaction is an event caused by an earthquake. The vibrations generated from the earthquake make the surface of the ground change, from being solid to liquid so that the soil layer decreases as a result of the liquidity of the soil. Liquefaction events usually occur on sandy soil types. The potential for liquefaction can be analyzed in clay or silt soils. In this study the method is based on CPT data. This method can determine the value of the security factor at each layer. The results of the calculation show that the area of the city of West Jakarta has a CRR value higher than the value of CSR, so it is safe from land liquefaction events. Keywords: Earthquake, Lukuifaksi, CRR, CSR, Tsuchida chart, CPT. Likuifaksi adalah peristiwa yang disebabkan oleh terjadinya saat Gempa Bumi. Getaran yang dihasilkan dari gempa bumi membuat permukaan tanah menjadi berubah, yang awalnya padat menjadi cair sehingga lapisan tanahnya menjadi penurunan akibat dari likuifakti tanah. Peristiwa likuifaksi biasanya terjadi pada jenis tanah yang berpasir. Potensi terjadinya likuifaksi dapat di analisa pada jenis tanah lempung atau lanau. Pada penelitian ini metode yang dilakukan dengan berdasarkan data CPT. Melalui metode ini dapat menentukan nilai faktor keamanan pada setiap lapisan. Hasilnya perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa di daerah kota Jakarta barat memiliki nilai CRR lebih tinggi dari nilai CSR, maka aman dari peristiwa likuifaksi tanah.
