Abstract

Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia, many sectors are developing in it. The soil in Jakarta mostly contains allluvial deposits and beach bunds where the sediment is formed from gravel, sand and chunks, especially in the city of West Jakarta. This study aims to determine the potential for liquefaction in the West Jakarta area by analyzing the results of the Cone Penetration Test (CPT) in a location in West Jakarta. The maximum earthquake acceleration or amax is one of the important requirements in calculating the potential for liquefaction, in this study the amax value used is the largest, namely the result of the calculation of the empirical formula of Matuscha (1980) and the PGA value in the Jakarta area listed on the 2017 Indonesian Earthquake Hazard Map. Calculation of liquefaction potential according to soil conditions, using the exponential value n = 1 for all types of soil, and the value of the Safety Factor (FS) obtained from the comparison of the Cyclic Resistance Ratio (CRR) value with the Cyclic Stress Ratio (CSR) value where the CSR value is obtained. from earthquake history data, namely 6.9 on the Richter scale, amax 45.399 gal, at a depth of 48 km, an epicenter distance of 269 km, it shows that all soil layers tested are not liquefied. As for the calculation of the Safety Factor (FS) with a CSR value according to the magnitude of the earthquake of 6.9 SR and the PGA value according to the 2017 Jakarta Earthquake Hazard Map for the Jakarta area, which is 0.3 g with an amax of 353.0394 gal, indicating that all test points are liquefied. Keywords: Earthquake, Liquefaction, CPT, CSR, CRR. Jakarta merupakan Ibukota negara Indonesia, banyak sektor yang berkembang didalam nya. Tanah di Jakarta sebagian besar mengandung endapan Alluvial dan pematang pantai dimana endapan tersebut terbentuk dari kerikil, pasir dan bongkahan, khususnya di kota Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi likuifaksi di daerah Jakarta Barat dengan analisa menggunakan data hasil pengujian sondir atau Cone Penetration Test (CPT) di salah satu lokasi di daerah Jakarta Barat. Percepatan gempa maksimum atau amax merupakan salah satu syarat penting dalam perhitungan potensi likuifaksi, dalam penelitian ini nilai amax yang digunakan adalah yang terbesar yaitu hasil dari perhitungan rumus empiris Matuscha (1980) dan nilai PGA di wilayah Jakarta yang tercantum pada Peta Hazard Gempa Indonesia 2017. Perhitungan potensial likuifaksi yang sesuai dengan kondisi tanah yaitu menggunakan nilai eksponen n=1 untuk semua jenis tanah, dan nilai Safety Factor (FS) yang diperoleh dari perbandingan nilai Cyclic Resistance Ratio (CRR) dengan nilai Cyclic Stress Ratio (CSR) dimana nilai CSR diperoleh dari data sejarah gempa yaitu 6,9 SR, amax 45,399 gal, di kedalaman 48 km, jarak episenter 269 km, menunjukkan bahwa semua lapisan tanah yang diuji tidak terlikuifaksi. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan Safety Factor (FS) dengan nilai CSR sesuai kekuatan gempa 6,9 SR dan nilai PGA sesuai Peta Hazard Gempa Indonesia 2017 wilayah Jakarta yaitu sebesar 0.3 g dengan amax sebesar 353,0394 gal menunjukkan bahwa semua titik pengujian terlikuifaksi.
