Abstract

Based on data on the types of train accidents taken from the National Transportation Safety Committee (NTSC) from 2010 to 2016, collision accidents between trains were 26%, a fall of 68% and others by 6% (NTSC Database, 31 October 2016). One of the biggest causes of accidents is derailment. Derailment is an incident in which a train goes out of line due to several factors, both facilities and infrastructure. So that analysis is needed before the derailment can be anticipated optimally. In this study, a preliminary survey was conducted to obtain risk variables relevant to the situation in the field, then carried out the distribution of the main survey questionnaire to determine the probability and impact. After that, a risk assessment was carried out by calculating probability and impac which then obtained a risk analysis matrix so that potential potentials were identified the most dominant derailment risk. Then the dominant risk is analyzed for its causes, impacts, and controls using the Bowtie Analysis Method. After the risk analysis was carried out, it was found that the extreme (dominant) risk variable from the assessment was obtained 2 variables with a "Very high" risk level, namely the special bridge component with the type of broken rail and spalling the needle on the draft component, and 1 variable categorized as "Hight" on the component expansion joint is a type of imperfect expansion damage. The results of the analysis of the highest risk variables are used to calculate the service life using component wear data from secondary data to predict with regression calculations, the service life of the rails on the special bridge is obtained with a maximum wear value of 16 mm, which is 12 years from the time of use. data. And the service life of a note needle with a maximum value of needle wear is 11 mm, a life of 21 years is obtained from data collection. Keywords: MRT Jakarta, derailment, Bowtie, Wesel, expansion joint, special bridge Berdasarkan data jenis kecelakaan Kereta Api yang diambil dari Komite Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi (KNKT) pada tahun 2010 hingga 2016, kecelakaan tumburan antar KA yaitu 26%, anjlokan 68% dan lain-lain sebesar 6% (Database KNKT, 31 Oktober 2016). Salah satu penyebab kecelakaan yang paling tinggi adalah anjlokan atau derailment. Derailment merupakan kejadian dimana kereta api keluar dari jalurnya disebabkan beberapa faktor baik sarana maupun prasarananya. Sehingga diperlukan analisis sebelum terjadinya derailment sudah dapat diantisipasi dengan optimal. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan survey pendahuluan untuk mendapatkan variable risiko yang relevan dengan keadaan lapangan, kemudian dilakukan penyebaran kuisioner survey utama guna mengetahui besaran probability dan impact.Setelah itu, dilakukan penilaian risiko dengan perhitungan probability dan impac yang kemudian didapatkan matriks analisis risikonya sehingga dapat diketahui potensi risiko derailment yang paling dominan. Kemudian risiko yang dominan tersebut dianalisis penyebab, dampak, serta kontrolnya menggunakan Metode Bowtie Analysis. Setelah dilakukan analisis risiko didapatkan variabel risiko ekstrim (dominan) dari penilaian didapatkan 2 variabel dengan tingkat risiko “Very high” yaitu pada komponen special bridge dengan jenis kerusakan rel patah dan spalling jarum wesel pada komponen wesel, dan 1 variabel berkategori “Hight” pada komponen expansion joint yaitu jenis kerusakan pemuaian tidak sempurna. Hasil dari analisis variable risiko tertinggi digunakan untuk menghitung umur pakai dengan menggunakan data keausan komponen dari data sekunder untuk untuk memprediksi dengan perhitungan regresi didapatkan umur pakai dari rel pada special bridge dengan nilai maksimal keausan yaitu 16 mm yaitu dengan lama masa pakai 12 Tahun terhitung dari diambilnya data. Dan umur pakai dari jarum wesel dengan nilai maksimal keausan jarum yaitu 11 mm didapatkan masa pakai 21 Tahun terhitung dari diambilnya data.
