Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the value of the company. The Corporate Governance Relations used in this study are the relationship of Institutional Ownership and Audit Committee Meetings. The population used in this study is the consumer goods manufacturing industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2017. Data retrieval techniques using purposive sampling and data collection techniques with documentation and literature. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression methods and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership is not determined to be dominated by company values, audit audit meetings and corporate social responsibility have a positive effect on firm value. keywords : Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, firm value, audit commitees, institutional ownership Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Mekanisme Corporate Governance yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mekanisme Kepemilikan Institusiona dan Pertemuan Komite Audit. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahan manufaktur sector industry barang konsumsi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2014-2017. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling dan Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan dokumentansi dan studi pustaka. teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terdadap nilai perusahaan, Pertemuan komite audit dan Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
