Abstract

Bekasi Timur Station is a class III / Small train station located on Jalan Ir. H. Juanda, Bekasi City. This research is to evaluate the need for platforms referring to the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 29 of 2011 concerning the technical requirements of train station buildings, evaluation of passenger satisfaction and station performance which will be compared with the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for People Transport by Train. at the station, as well as observing the KRL service for the East Bekasi - Jatinegara route. This study uses a field survey method by making direct observations at the station and distributing questionnaires to train service users to evaluate the condition of Bekasi Timur Station. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Regarding the extent to which the performance quality of Bekasi Timur Station on the level of passenger satisfaction is used Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study indicate that the average level of performance and service for the East Bekasi Station and the KRL East Bekasi - Jatinegara route is very good, and the average level of passenger interest and satisfaction is Very Satisfied. It can be concluded that the mode transfer at East Bekasi Station is very easy because the station is located on the side of an arterial road and is very close to the Bekasi terminal. Keywords: Station, Minimum Service Standards, Intermoda Stasiun Bekasi Timur merupakan stasiun kereta api kelas III/Kecil yang terletak di Jalan Ir. H. Juanda, Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kebutuhan peron mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 29 Tahun 2011 tentang persyaratan teknis bangunan stasiun kereta api, evaluasi kepuasan penumpang dan kinerja stasiun yang akan dibandingkan dengan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor PM 63 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimum Angkutan Orang Dengan Kereta Api di Stasiun, serta melakukan pengamatan terhadap pelayanan KRL rute Bekasi Timur - Jatinegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei lapangan dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung di stasiun serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna jasa kereta api untuk mengevaluasi kondisi Stasiun Bekasi Timur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Mengenai sampai sejauh mana kualitias kinerja Stasiun Bekasi Timur terhadap tingkat kepuasan penumpang digunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat kinerja dan pelayanan Stasiun Bekasi Timur dan KRL rute Bekasi Timur – Jatinegara yaitu Sangat Baik, dan rata-rata untuk tingkat kepentingan dan kepuasan penumpang yaitu Sangat Puas. Perpindahan moda di Stasiun Bekasi Timur dapat disimpulkan sangat mudah karena letak stasiun berada dipinggir jalan arteri dan sangat dekat dengan terminal bekasi.
