Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of Return on Asset (ROA), Firm Size and Debt to Equity (DER) on firm’s Value. The object of this research is companies Sector Consumption at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2017. The research design used is a quantitative approach with the selection of samples using purposive sampling method. Total samples in these research were 26 out of 42 companies that met the criteria. The data used are secondary data and data analysis method used are multiple linear regression test with classic assumption test. The results of the study show (1) return on asset has a significant influence on firm’s Value. (2) the firm size has not significant influence on firm’s Value. (3) debt to equity has not significant influence on firm’s Value. Keyword : Return on Asset (ROA), Firm Size, Debt to Equity (DER), firm’s Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Retun on Asset, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Debt to Equity terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sektor Konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015 -2017. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 26 dari 42 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regeresi linear dengan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) return on asset berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) ukuran perusahaan tidak pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) debt to equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Return on Asset (ROA), Ukuran Perusahaan, Debt to Equity (DER), Nilai Perusahaan.
