Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Collateralizable Assets on Dividend Policy. This research uses data from 52 Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from period 2015 - 2017. Data for this study are selected using criteria and using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis in this study will be tested using multiple regression analysis and data were processed using SPSS version 21. The results of this study show that Profitability and Liquidity have a positive effect on Dividend Policy, while Leverage and Collateralizable Assets do not have an effect on Dividend Policy. Keywords : Dividend Policy, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Collateralizable Assets Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Collateralizable Assets Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 52 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia (BEI) dari periode 2015 – 2017. Data untuk penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan beberapa kriteria dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini akan di uji menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan data diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas, memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan Leverage dan Collateralizable Assets tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Kata kunci : Kebijakan Dividen, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Collateralizable Assets
