Abstract

Visual branding design on “PEMPEK BANGKA 68 Ak. ELMA” is intended to give identity to this Pempek food product. By using visual branding, it can maintain its existence and compete with other competitors. The method used to make the design of the design is a qualitative method to get the theorical foundation which is then presented inthe form of data and analysis. From this method it is very helpful in the design proccess in determining the visual elements and determining the media to be used. The concept used inthe design is fun through visual colors, typography and line art illustration techniques. The result of this design are logos, icons and packaging designs that are applied to media like a posters, brochures, x-banners, stickers and business cards to strenghts the brand that matches the target consumers. Keyword : Pempek Bangka, Visual Branding, Packaging Design, Logo, Icon Perancangan visual branding pada “PEMPEK BANGKA 68 Ak. ELMA” ini bertujuan untuk memberikan identitas brand pada produk makanan pempek ini. Dengan menggunakan visual branding dapat mempertahankan eksistensi dan bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya. Metode yang dilakukan untuk membuat perancangan desain tersebut adalah metode kualitatif guna mendapatkan landasan teori yang kemudian dipaparkan dalam bentuk data dan analisa. Dari metode tersebut sangat membantu proses perancangan dalam menentukan elemen visual dan menentukan media yang akan digunakan. Konsep yang digunakan pada perancangan adalah fun melalui visual warna, typeface dan teknik ilustrasi line art. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah logo, ikon dan desain kemasan yang diterapkan pada media poster, flyer, x-banner, sticker, dan kartu nama untuk menguatkan branding yang sesuai target kosumen.
