Abstract

The Cluster Matana Phase I development project experienced delays due to the time schedule made not resulting from the network or network planning but from the subjective estimation of the experience of project personnel. Therefore the time schedule does not take into account specifically the dependency relationship between one activity and another and does not know critical work. The resulting time schedule cannot describe in detail whether the time schedule originates from a critical path or not, and cannot show specifically the dependency relationship between one activity and another. As a result, if there is a delay in an activity, it will be difficult to know the impact on the overall schedule of Structural work. The purpose of this research is to Rescheduling of Delays in Job Execution with Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) Using MS. Software Project Professional 2016, software and then comparing it with a manual time schedule. Primary data obtained from the project in the form of time schedules, bill of quantity, weekly project reports, field surveys, and conducting interviews with field leaders, and secondary data obtained from the results of literature studies in the form of journals, literature and data from institutions with an interest in research. This research is descriptive in nature and uses analysis with the help of the Microsoft project. The results of this study are the implementation of the project after being analyzed by the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) method using Microsoft Project Professional 2016 software, the implementation time is 123 days, while the initial schedule for 161 days has a deviation of 38 days, and the critical path is found in the lower structure work, namely sleep. pile heads including dumping of scrap, tie beam excavation, tie beam bottom sand filling, and tie beam work floors, and upper structural work, namely column formwork, column construction, concrete column, beam formwork, beam iron, slab ironing, concrete slabs, stair formwork, staircase ironing, and concrete stairs. Proyek pembangunan Cluster Matana Fase 1 mengalami keterlambatan akibat dari Time schedule yang dibuat tidak dihasilkan dari jaringan kerja atau network planning melainkan dari hasil estimasi subyektif pengalaman personel dilapangan proyek. Maka dari itu Time schedule kurang memperhitungkan lagi secara spesifik hubungan ketergantungan antara kegiatan satu dengan kegiatan yang lain dan tidak mengetahui pekerjaan yang kritis. Time schedule yang dihasilkan tidak dapat menjabarkan secara detail apakah time schedule tersebut berasal dari lintasan kritis atau tidak, dan tidak dapat menunjukan secara spesifik hubungan ketergantungan antara kegiatan satu dengan kegiatan yang lain. Akibatnya jika terjadi keterlambatan dalam suatu kegiatan akan sulit mengetahui dampak yang diakibatkan terhadap jadwal keseluruhan pekerjaan Struktur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan Penjadwalan Ulang Atas Keterlambatan Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan dan lintasan kritis proyek menggunakan Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) dengan mengaplikasikan sofware Microsoft Project Professional 2016, kemudian membandingkan dengan time schedule yang dibuat manual. Data yang diperoleh data primer didapatkan dari proyek berupa time schedule, bill of quantity, laporan mingguan proyek, survey lapangan, dan melakukan wawancara dengan pemimpin lapangan, dan data sekunder didapat dari hasil studi pustaka berupa jurnal, literature dan data dari lembaga yang berkepentingan dengan penelitian ini, penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan menggunakan analisis dengan bantuan Microsoft project. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan proyek setelah dianalisis dengan metode Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) menggunakan sofware microsoft Project Professional 2016 didapatkan lama waktu pelaksanaan yaitu 123 hari, sedangkan jadwal awal selama 161 hari terjadi deviasi sebesar 38 hari, serta lintasan kritis terdapat di pekerjaan struktur bawah yaitu bobok kepala tiang pancang termasuk buang bekas bobokan, galian tanah tie beam, urugan pasir bawah tie beam, dan lantai kerja tie beam, dan pekerjaan struktur atas yaitu bekisting kolom, pembesian kolom, beton kolom, bekisting balok, pembesian balok, pembesian pelat, beton pelat, bekisting tangga, pembesian tangga, dan beton tangga.
