Abstract

The research was conducted on sudamanik highway along 2.3 km with SPBU Pertamina bangkrut starting point (sta. 0+000) to the railway of Mohamad Toha Highway (sta. 2+100). The purpose of the study was to analyze the relation of vehicle volume with the level of road damage on Sudamanik Highway by determining the level of road damage using two methods, namely Bina Marga Method and Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Method. Based on the survey and analysis of the damage types result, the most Based on the results of surveys and analysis, of the overall type of damage most often found is rutting. In the calculation of damage level, for the analysis of Bina Marga Method in lane 1 the average Nr value is 96.18 with a value of UP = 7.3 and in lane 2 the average Nr value is 5.71 with a value of UP = 11, while the analysis of PCI Method in lane 1 of the average PCI value was 42.93 with a moderate damage level category and lane 2 the average PCI value was 95.86 with a category of perfect damage level. Using the average daily traffic volume data in 2019 of 2205 smp/hour, the model suitable for traffic volume (Q) and road damage values of both methods is exponential model, with R2 values from both methods approaching 1 and standard deviation values from both methods of small value. Penelitian dilakukan pada ruas Jalan Raya Sudamanik sepanjang 2.3 km dengan titik awal SPBU Pertamina bangkrut (sta. 0+000) sampai rel kerta api Jalan Raya Mohamad Toha (sta. 2+100). Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan volume kendaraan dengan tingkat kerusakan jalan pada Jalan Raya Sudamanik dengan menentukan tingkat kerusakan jalan menggunakan dua metode, yaitu Metode Bina Marga dan Metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Berdasarkan hasil survei dan analisis, dari keseluruhan jenis kerusakan yang paling sering ditemukan adalah kerusakan alur. Pada perhitungan tingkat kerusakan, untuk analisis Metode Bina Marga pada lajur 1 nilai Nr rata-rata sebesar 96,18 dengan nilai UP = 7,3 dan pada lajur 2 nilai Nr rata-rata sebesar 5,71 dengan nilai UP = 11, sedangkan analisis Metode PCI pada lajur 1 nilai PCI rata-rata sebesar 42,93 dengan kategori tingkat kerusakan sedang dan lajur 2 nilai PCI ratarata sebesar 95,86 dengan kategori tingkat kerusakan sempurna. Dengan menggunakan data volume lalu lintas harian rata-rata pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 2205 smp/jam, model yang sesuai untuk hubungan volume lalu lintas (Q) dan nilai kerusakan jalan dari kedua metode adalah Model Eksponensial, dengan nilai R2 dari kedua metode mendekati nilai 1 dan nilai standar deviasi dari kedua metode bernilai kecil. Kata Kunci : Metode Bina Marga, Metode PCI, Perkerasan lentur, Penilaian Kondisi Jalan, Hubungan Volume Kendaraan dan Kerusakan Jalan.
