Abstract

The course of the project is sometimes not in accordance with the realization, such as in the showroom construction project in Purworejo which experienced difficulties in finishing work but previous work was accelerating, this research aims to work during the project and also to see the advantages or disadvantages received by the contractor. The method used to study in this research uses the Earned Value method, Earned Value is one of the methods used in project control that combines schedule, costs, and job performance to calculate the estimated cost and time needed to complete the project to completion. Results in the final calculation, namely on week 37 the actual proger obtained is 100% and the progress of the plan in that week is 100%, the value (SPI> 1) means the project is running faster than planned. The results of the final calculation at week 37 the actual costs incurred Rp. 10,184,703,639 and the planned cost of Rp. 10,184,665,620 in the planned and actual costs minus Rp. -38.019 then the value (CPI <1) which means the budget issued is greater. Keywords : Cost, Time, Earned Value Jalannya proyek terkadang tidak sesuai realiasi seperti pada proyek pembangunan showroom di Purworejo yang mengalami keterlambatan pada pekerjaan finishing namun pekerjaan sebelumnya mengalami percepatan, penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja selama proyek berlangsung dan juga untuk mengetahui keuntungan atau kerugian yang diterima oleh pihak kontraktor. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pada penelitan ini menggunakan metode Earned Value, Earned Value merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam mengevaluasi atau pengendalian proyek yang memadukan unsur jadwal, biaya, dan prestasi pekerjaan untuk menghitung perkiraan biaya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan proyek sampai selesai. Hasil pada perhitungan akhir yaitu pada minggu ke 37 progers aktual yang didapatkan sebesar 100% dan progres rencana pada minggu tersebut sebesar 100% maka nilai (SPI > 1 ) yang berarti proyek berjalan lebih cepat dari yang direncanakan. Hasil pada perhitungan akhir pada minggu ke 37 biaya aktual yang dikeluarkan Rp. 10.184.703.639 dan biaya yang direncanakan sebesar Rp. 10.184.665.620 pada biaya rencana dan aktual terjadi minus Rp. -38.019 maka nilai (CPI < 1) yang berarti anggaran yang dikeluarkan lebih besar.
