Abstract

In planning a foundation, the load received by the foundation must not be greater than its bearing capacity. Several things that must be considered in planning a foundation include: type and strength of the soil, type of consolidation and soil bearing capacity, distribution of foundation loads, the influence of groundwater, the effect of the foundation on the building. The foundation as a substructure that interacts with the soil to produce a bearing capacity that is capable of bearing and providing security to the upper structure. One of the advantages of a pile foundation is that its bearing capacity is determined based on the end bearing and the attachment of the pile to the ground (friction), thus this type of foundation is very suitable for use on soft soils where hard soil is located far from the ground. The research method used in this study is to manually calculate the bearing capacity and lowering of a single pile foundation using NSPT data and foundation data. To calculate the carrying capacity of group piles using the pile efficiency method and the lowering of the group piles using the raft equivalent method. Comparing with the pile load test result data (loading test) and the data from the implementation of the Pile Driving Analysis (PDA) method and the CAPWAP software calculation, the final goal is to obtain the calculation results and comparisons of the three methods. From this papper, it will be obtained, namely the bearing capacity and lowering of single piles and group piles from soil investigation data and foundation data as well as bearing capacity and lowering of single piles from loading test results and Capwap PDA. Keywords: Boredpile, raft equivalent, Loading Test, Capwap PDA Dalam merencanakan suatu pondasi, beban yang diterima oleh pondasi tidak boleh lebih besar dari pada kapasitas daya dukungnya. Beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam merencanakan suatu pondasi antara lain : jenis dan kekuatan tanah, tipe konsolidasi dan daya dukung tanah, distribusi beban pondasi, pengaruh air tanah, pengaruh pondasi terhadap bangunan. Pondasi sebagai struktur bawah yang berinteraksi dengan tanah untuk menghasilkan daya dukung yang mampu memikul dan memberikan keamanan pada struktur bagian atas. Salah satu kelebihan dari pondasi tiang adalah kekuatan daya dukungnya ditentukan berdasarkan tahanan ujung (end bearing) dan pelekatan tiang dengan tanah (friction), dengan demikian pondasi jenis ini sangat sesuai digunakan pada tanah lunak dimana tanah keras letaknya jauh berada dari permukaan tanah.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menghitung daya dukung dan penurunan pondasi tiang tunggal secara manual dengan menggunakan Data NSPT dan data pondasi. Untuk menghitung daya dukung tiang kelompok menggunakan metode efisiensi tiang dan penurunan tiang kelompok menggunakan metode raft equivalent. Membandingkan dengan data hasil pengujian beban tiang (loading test) serta data hasil pelaksanaan metode Pile Driving Analysis (PDA) dan perhitungan software CAPWAP yang tujuan akhirnya yaitu memperoleh hasil perhitungan dan perbandingan dari ketiga metode tersebut. Dari Kajian ini nantinya akan diperoleh yaitu daya dukung dan penurunan tiang tunggal dan tiang kelompok dari data soil investigation dan data pondasi serta daya dukung dan penurunan tiang tunggal dari hasil pengujian beban (loading test) dan PDA Capwap Kata Kunci : Boredpile, raft equivalent, Loading Test, PDA Capwap
