Abstract

Jurangmangu Station is a middle class train station located in South Tangerang. This station is included in the Operation Area I Jakarta. The increasing passenger density at Jurangmangu Station every day causes the possibility of decreasing service quality and function of facilities which affects passenger satisfaction. This research was conducted by direct observation and distributing questionnaires to evaluate the condition of Jurangmangu Station based on the standards of the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for People Transport by Train at Stations and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. PM 29 of 2011 concerning Technical Requirements for Railway Station Buildings using the IPA (Importance and Performance Analysis) method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software. In addition, this study also predicts the number of passengers at Jurangmangu Station in the next 5 years using passenger data for the previous 5 years based on the Straight Line Method reference. Stasiun Jurangmangu merupakan stasiun kereta api kelas menengah yang lokasinya berada di Tangerang Selatan. Stasiun ini termasuk dalam Daerah Operasi I Jakarta. Kepadatan penumpang yang terus meningkat di Stasiun Jurangmangu setiap harinya menyebabkan kemungkinan penurunan kualitas pelayanan dan fungsi fasilitas yang mempengaruhi kepuasan penumpang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung dan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengevaluasi kondisi Stasiun Jurangmangu berdasarkan standar Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. PM 63 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimum Angkutan Orang dengan Kereta Api di Stasiun dan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. PM 29 Tahun 2011 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Bangunan Stasiun Kereta Api yang menggunakan metode IPA (Importance and Performance Analysis) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memprediksi jumlah penumpang di Stasiun Jurangmangu dalam 5 tahun yang akan datang dengan menggunakan data penumpang pada 5 tahun sebelumnya berdasarkan acuan metode Straight Line Method.
