Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of profitability, dividend policy, leverage and firm size on firm value. The object of this research is manufacturing firms which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2016. Sample selection technique uses purposive sampling technique with 23 firm sample. The methods of analysis used in this study is a multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing used in this research is the t test analysis, and F test analysis. The results showed that the profitability has a positif effect and significantly to the firm value. While dividend policy and firm size have a positif effect and are not significant to the firm value. Profitability should be noticed because it can be a positive signal for investors who have an impact on the firm value. Keywords : profitability, dividend policy, leverage, firm size, firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2016. Teknik pemilihan sample adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan 23 sampel perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan dividen dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahan. Profitabilitas harus di perhatikan karena dapat mengundang signal positif bagi investor yang berdampak pada nilai perusahaan Kata kunci : profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, nilai perusahaan
