Abstract

Compressors in their development require special handling in order to maintain engine performance so that it remains stable so maintenance needs to be carried out on the compressor engine and an audit process is carried out on every part or component of the engine compressor screw 11kW (10Hp ~ 20Hp). It is important for a machine to get special maintenance with the aim of detecting potential damage to the machine early and maximizing the engine's work. Therefore, in research conducted by the compressor engine inspection process with several methods and an audit conducted on the screw compressor engine performance using data supporting the heat test that occurs on the electric panel of the screw compressor engine at certain rotation variations (1000Rpm, 2000Rpm and 3000Rpm), the test compressor motor heat and engine vibration test at certain rotation variations in order to detect damage to engine components by sending a vibration signal (Vibration - Monitoring) received by FFT Vibration Analize and processed using the Matlab application. In practice, it can be obtained tabulation data of the condition of the compressor engine in a state of damage in one of its components with categories (Major> 700 C, Minor 650 C ~ 690 C, Observation 500 C ~ 640 C, and Normal 300 C ~ 490 C) for electrical panel machines , and Normal <920C, Over Heat 1000C ~ 1100C for screw compressor motors so that if the test results have met according to the category it can be said that the compressor engine used can be said to be standard or normal to be used in the production process in an industry. Key words : Screw Compressor,Compressor Engine Energy Audit , Noise Screw Compressor, FFT Analyzer. Kompresor dalam perkembanganya memerlukan penanganan secara khusus demi menjaga performa mesin agar tetap stabil sehingga perlu dilakukanya perawatan pada mesin kompresor dan dilakukan proses audit pada setiap bagian atau komponen mesin kompresor sekrup 11kW ( 10Hp ~ 20Hp ). Penting bagi suatu mesin mendapatkan perawatan secara khusus dengan tujuan untuk mendeteksi secara dini potensi kerusakan yang terjadi pada mesin serta untuk memaksimalkan kerja mesin. Oleh sebab itu, pada penelitian yang dilakukan proses pemeriksaan mesin kompresor dengan beberapa metode dan audit yang dilakukan pada performa mesin kompresor sekrup menggunakan data pendukung uji panas yang terjadi pada panel listrik mesin kompresor sekrup pada variasi putaran tertentu ( 1000Rpm, 2000Rpm dan 3000Rpm ), uji panas motor kompresor dan uji getaran mesin pada variasi putaran tertentu agar dapat mendeteksi kerusakan komponen mesin dengan mengirimkan sinyal getaran ( Vibration – Monitoring ) yang diterima oleh FFT Vibration Analize dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi Matlab. Pada prakteknya dapat diperoleh data tabulasi kondisi mesin kompresor dalam keadaan rusak pada salah satu komponenya dengan kategori ( Major > 700 C, Minor 650 C ~ 690 C, Pengamatan 500 C ~ 640 C, dan Normal 300 C ~ 490 C) untuk panel listrik mesin, dan Normal < 920C, Over Heat 1000C ~ 1100C untuk motor kompresor sekrup sehingga apabila data hasil pengujian sudah memenuhi sesuai kategori dapat dikatakan mesin kompresor yang digunakan dapat dikatakan standar atau normal untuk digunakan dalam proses produksi pada suatu industri.
