Abstract
Coworking is one of a solution to the problem of expensive land price and limited workplace. As the number of independent entrepreneurs and creative freelancers increase, especially in big cities like Jakarta, it is mandatory to design the interior of a coworking space that can adjust the needs of the workers in the city of Jakarta. Coworking space provides various supporting facilities to fulfill the worker's needs. The designing process is using various types of method that includes observation of user needs, conducting field surveys, analysing data which produces programming products, making a schematics, and a scale models up until entering the first evaluation to produce the final design (such as: layout, floor plan, ceiling, perspective, model, etc.). The expected results of this design is a public facility which is able to accommodate the needs of the workers, especially amongst young professionals. People can interact with others from different backgrounds, as well as create a new business opportunities. Keyword: Coworking Space, Interior, Creative Co-working merupakan salah satu solusi untuk masalah lahan yang mahal dan tempat kerja yang terbatas dengan jumlah entrepreneur independent dan pekerja lepas kreatif yang semakin bertambah terutama di kota besar terutama di Jakarta. Sehingga perlu dirancang sebuah interior co-working space yang dapat menyesuaikan kebutuhan masyarakat di kota Jakarta. Coworking Space menyediakan berbagai fasilitas pendukung untuk memenuhi kebutuhan untuk bekerja. Rancangan dilakukan memakai metode desain, yaitu observasi kebutuhan pengguna, melakukan survey lapangan, menganalisis data yang menghasilkan produk programming, membuat skematik serta maket studi, hingga masuk ke evaluasi pertama hingga menghasilkan produk akhir (seperti: layout, rencana lantai, plafon, perspektif, maket dan lain-lain). Hasil yang diharapkan dari perancangan ini ialah suatu fasilitas publik yang mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan pekerja khususnya dikalangan professional muda, dapat berinteraksi dengan orang lain dari latar belakang yang berbeda, dan membuka peluang bisnis baru.
