Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, capital structure, activitiy, and firm size on firm value of property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research data is the annual data for the 2013-2017 observation period obtained from the companies annual report. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. From a population of 50 companies, 22 companies met the criteria to be the sample. The method of analysis used in this research is regression with panel data using Fixed Effect Model with R2 value 88.49 percent. The results showed that capital structure and profitability have a positive influence to the firm value, while liquidity, activity ratio and firm size do not have any influence to the firm value. Profitability is the biggest variable in influencing firm value. Keywords: capital structure, profitability, firm size, liquidity, activity ratio, firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profotabilitas, likuiditas, struktur modal, aktivitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data penelitian merupakan data tahunan untuk periode observasi tahun 2013-2017 yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dari populasi 50 perusahaan, 22 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel menggunakan model Fixed Effect dengan nilai R2 sebesar 88.49 persen. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur modal dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan likuiditas, rasio aktivitas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan.
