Abstract

PT. GMF AeroAsia is one of the largest MRO companies in Indonesia that has a reputation for quality, reliability, accuracy and affordability. Technical delay is the result of a lack of good handling of aircraft in its operations. To reduce the frequency of occurrence of technical delay carried out research so as to obtain five factors are the most influential to cause it to occur, then taken the two biggest factors which are Materials and Manpower. By using the Pareto diagram method, fishbone diagrams as well as five whys keys and also brainstorming with related parties finally a solution is obtained which will be implemented in the hope of reducing the occurrence of technical delay in the future. Keywords : technical delay, aircraft handling PT. GMF AeroAsia merupakan salah satu perusahaan MRO terbesar di Indonesia yang memiliki reputasi dalam kualitas, kehandalan, ketepatan dan keterjangkauan. Technical delay merupakan dampak dari kurangnya penanganan yang baik terhadap pesawat terbang dalam operasionalnya. Untuk mengurangi frekuensi terjadinya technical delay dilakukan penelitian sehingga memperoleh lima factor-faktor yang paling berdampak menyebabkan itu terjadi, lalu diambil dua faktor terbesar yang paling berpengaruh yaitu Materials dan Manpower. Dengan menggunakan metode diagram Pareto, fishbone diagram serta five whys keys dan juga brainstorming dengan pihak terkait akhirnya diperoleh solusi yang nantinya akan diterapkan dengan harapan dapat mengurangi terjadinya technical delay untuk kedepannya.
