Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizen Behavior, individual competencies and individual characteristics on the performance of employees of PT. Orizon Global Partners. The population in this study were 52 employees of PT. Orizon Global Partners. The samples used were 52 employees, calculated based on saturated samples. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that Organizational Citizen Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, individual competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Citizen Behavior, individual characteristics and individual employee competency Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Citizen Behavior, kompetensi individu dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Orizon Mitra Global. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 orang karyawan PT. Orizon Mitra Global. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 52 orang karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan sampel jenuh. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Organizational Citizen Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizen Behavior, kompetensi individu karakteristik individu dan kinerja karyawan
