Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of democratic leadership, communication, and safety and health work on employee performance. The object of this research is employees of PT Alphaprima Persada. This research was conducted on 45 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis used is multiple linear regression and processed with SPSS program version 23. The results of this study indicate that partially democratic leadership, communication, and occupational safety and health have a significant effect on employee performance. As well as democratic leadership, communications, and safety and work-kesehtan affect simultaneously to the performance of employees at PT Alphaprima Persada. Keywords: Democratic Leadership, Communication, Safety and Working Faults, and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan demokratis, komunikasi, dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Alphaprima Persada. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 45 responden menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepemimpinan demokratis, komunikasi, dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta kepemimpinan demokratis, komunikasi, dan keselamatan dan kesehtan kerja berpengaruh secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karywan di PT Alphaprima Persada. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Komunikasi, Keselamatan dan Keshatan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
