Abstract

The research purpose was to discovered those influence which occured from current ratio (CR), debt to equity (DER) and total asset turnover (TATO) against return on assets (ROA) in property and construction sector companies that registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017- 2019. These research methodology used quantitative writing method. And its sampling technique used Probability Sampling earned from panel data as much as 27 data with data used was secondary data. The data gathered were analyzed by panel data regression analysis with hypothesis test include partial test (t) and simultaneous test (F). These results which earned from this research were CR partially had no influence towards ROA, while there had positive and significant impact between TATO on ROA and there had negative and significant influece from DER to ROA. CR, TATO, and DER Simultaneously had influence towards ROA. Keywords: Current Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap profitabilitas, kinerja keuangan yang dimaksud yaitu current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER) dan total asset turn over (TATO). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER) dan total asset turn over (TATO) terhadap return on asset (ROA) pada perusahaan sektor properti dan konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017-2019. Metodologi penulisan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penulisan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan Probability Sampling, menggunakan data panel sebanyak 27 data dan data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji partial (t) dan uji simultan (F). Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset (ROA), terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) terhadap Return on Asset (ROA), dan terdapat pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan antara Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Return on Asset (ROA). Secara simultan current ratio, total asset turn over, dan debt to equity ratio secara bersama�sama mempengaruhi return on asset (ROA) pada peruahaan sektor properti dan konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2017-2019.
