Abstract

In a certain mode of transportation, it cannot be separated from infrastructure and facilities, but the level of service that has been felt by most of the service users (passengers) is still not satisfactory, this is due to the inadequate condition of the infrastructure, facilities and operating system to support it. The value of a trip such as time, cost, safety, comfort and service. This study aims to determine the Operational Performance of City Transportation M11 and M-09, by analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency and how the factors that hinder the operation of the city transportation. The methods used in this research are static surveys, dynamic surveys and interview surveys. The results of this study show that in terms of effectiveness, the level of accessibility is quite high from the two city transportation, seen from the average vehicle density - the M-11 is 0.163 km / hour and the M-09 is 0.140, seen from the average speed of city transportation. The M-11 is 15 km / hour and the M-09 is 17.8 km / hour with the headway value of the M-11 city transportation for 5.5 minutes and the M-09 city transportation for 5.25 minutes. In terms of efficiency, it is known that the calculation of the operational level for M-11 departures is 2.75 minutes and 2.62 for M-09 city transportation, from the calculation of the load factor, M-11 city transportation is 5% and 4.2% for M-09 city transportation and from the average distance in one daily M-11 city transportation as far as 246 km / hour and for M-09 city transportation as far as 198 km / hour Keywords: Static Surveys, Dynamic Surveys, Interview Surveys, City Transport Operational Perfor Dalam suatu moda transportasi pasti tidak terlepas dari prasarana dan sarana, namun tingkat pelayanan yang selama ini dirasakan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat pengguna jasa (penumpang) masih belum memuaskan hal ini disebabkan oleh kondisi dari prasarana, sarana, dan sistem operasi yang belum memadai, guna mendukung nilai suatu perjalanan seperti waktu, biaya, keamanan, kenyamanan dan pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Operasional Angkutan Kota M11 dan M-09, dengan menganalisis dari segi efektifitas dan efesiensi nya dan bagaimana faktor – faktor yang menghambat operasional angkutan kota tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei statis, survei dinamis, dan survei wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa dari segi efektifitas tingkat aksesibilitas nya cukup tinggi dari kedua angkutan kota tersebut, dilihat dari kerapatan kendaraan rata – rata M-11 sebesar 0.163 km/jam dan M-09 sebesar 0.140, dilihat dari kecepatan rata- rata angkutan kota M-11 sebesar 15 km/jam dann M-09 sebesar 17.8 km/jam dengan nilai headway nya angkutan kota M-11 selama 5.5 menit dan angkutan kota M-09 selama 5.25 menit. Dari segi efesiensi nya di ketahui bahwa perhitungan tinggkat operasional nya untuk keberangkatan M-11 selama 2.75 menit dan 2.62 untuk angkutan kota M-09, dari perhitungan faktor muatan nya angkutan kota M-11 sebanyak 5% dan 4.2 % untuk angkutan kota M-09 dan dari jarak tempuh rata – rata dalam satu harian angkutan kota M- 11 sejauh 246 km/jam dan untuk angkutan kota M-09 sejauh 198 km/jam Kata kunci: Survei Statis, Survei Dinamis, Survei wawancara, Kinerja Operasional Angkutan Kota.
