Abstract

This research is to find out the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and return on assets to company value (PBV) of the textile and garment sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. The selection of samples used in this research used a saturated sample method and obtained 7 companies as samples. Research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A more appropriate methode is common effect. The results show that current ratio and return on assets have a positive and significant effect and debt to equity ratio variable has a negative and significant effect meanwhile total asset turnover variable has no effect on firm value (PBV). Keyword : company value, price to book value, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover and return on assets. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, dan return on assets terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014-2018. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan didapatkan 7 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah common effect. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variable current ratio dan return on assets secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan serta debt to equity ratio yang memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan sedangkan hanya variabel total asset turnover yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Kata Kunci : nilai perusahaan, price to book value, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover dan return on assets.
