Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), and Regional Expenditures on District / City Regional Government Financial Performance in Java Province and Sumatra Province in the period 2013-2016. Research samples were 64 districts / cities in Java Province and Sumatra Province in the period 2013 - 2016. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test in the form of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis test in the form of determination coefficient test (R2), simultaneous significant test (F statistical test), individual parameters significant test (test t statistic), and multiple linear regression analysis test. Keywords: Local Own Revenue (PAD), Regional Expenditures and Financial Performance Government Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), dan Belanja Daerah terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota pada Provinsi Jawa dan Provinsi Sumatera periode tahun 2013 – 2016. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 64 kabupaten/kota pada Provinsi Jawa dan Provinsi Sumatera periode tahun 2013 – 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang berupa uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji hipotesis yang berupa uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji signifikan simultan (uji statistik F), uji signifikan parameter individual (uji statistik t), dan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Kata kunci : Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Belanja Daerah dan Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah
