Abstract

The results in this study are to explain, the main purpose of the company is to invest their information system in order to move manual work into a computer, automation of accounting processes and accounting information systems as a strategic support of the company. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods, and the data used are primary data obtained from respondents who are teachers at SDIT Abu Dzar through questionnaires. The questionnaire distributed by 70 questionnaires and 33 questionnaires returned, all questionnaires that had been returned could be analyzed. The results of the study show that the purpose of the company to invest in accounting information systems, is more dominated by the desire to move manual work into computers. Also, besides changing it is intended to automate the accounting process. As for strategic goals, it seems that it is not a priority. Keywords: accounting information systems, investment, manual, automation, strategic Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan, tujuan utama dari perusahaan mengivestasikan sistem informasi mereka Dalam rangka perpindahan pekerjaan manual menjadi komputer, otomatisasi proses akuntansi dan sistem informasi akuntansi sebagai pendukung strategik perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari responden yang merupakan para guru pada SDIT Abu Dzar melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 70 kuesioner dan 33 kuesioner kembali, seluruh kuesioner yang telah kembali dapat di analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan perusahaan melakukan investasi pada sistem informasi akuntansi, lebih didominasi oleh keinginan untuk memindahkan pekerjaan manual menjadi komputer. Juga, selain mengubah ditujukan untuk mengotomatisasi proses akuntansi. Sedangkan untuk tujuan strategik, tampaknya tidak menjadi prioritas.
